Overview
Climbing is a fantastic way to spend time in the outdoors. It can take you to interesting places, and offer you fun, challenge, and memories that you’ll hold onto forever. If you’re looking to experience rock climbing for the first time, and perhaps just want to add something unique to your holidays in the Cairngorms, this is the perfect way to do that! Our experienced Instructors will ensure you feel safe while you take on your first outdoor rock climbs. This day activity is suitable for anyone over the age of 14.

No need to have climbed before, our Instructor will tailor to day to suit the experience level of the group.

There are lots of adventures to be had in the Cairngorms, including rock climbing! Spend the day experiencing rock climbing with the support of one of our expert Instructors, who’ll make sure you have a great day. If you want to try something different, challenge yourself, a bit of excitement, or to just make unique holiday memories, this is the ideal way to do it.
Visiting the area on holiday? This one-day experience is suitable for anyone aged 14 and up, making it the perfect adventurous day out for your family!

NEED TO KNOW
WHAT WILL I NEED
All the climbing gear (including harness, helmet, shoes, ropes etc.) will be provided by us, all you need to bring along with you is the following:
- Suitable clothing that enables you to move comfortably
- Warm fleece
- Insulated jacket **
- Suitable footwear for a short walk to the crag
- Water bottle
- Packed lunch & food for the day
- 30 litre capacity (approx.) day pack **
- Sun cream
- Midge repellent
Items marked ** are available to borrow from our Stores and are included in the cost for the day, so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten to bring something!
