Overview

This half day assessment course is aimed at coaches and is designed to convey all the current best coaching practise in coaching climbing.

We look to assess the skill set beyond that of the Foundation Coach. We will assess candidates at a more developed and sophisticated level, to match their delivery to the needs of developing climbers within a group. Often working with Foundation Coaches, the Development Coach will take a mentoring role, and lead in the review process to promote reflective coaching practice.
