5 days of coaching on a variety of trails and in different environments will prepare you for all that is out there for riders. Whether in this country or abroad.
We will look at the core elements to make sure that you have a good foundation to work with but the main idea is to work on more technical trails throughout that reflect the current riding scene.
This will include a great mix of man-made and wild trails. Both local and within a short drive.
We will also discuss / introduce how to prepare for taking part in Enduro, XC, Downhill or Endurance races and events. These are becoming ever popular and numbers are on the up – especially for Enduro. They are great to take part in and you might surprise yourself and even podium!
