Glenmore Lodge is sportscotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, where our aim is to offer world class training in outdoor adventure sports and encourage more people to enjoy the outdoors more often.
To be considered for this position you must be a passionate and active climber who is experienced in, or ready to deliver, training at the highest level. You will require a significant amount of personal experience in the UK and abroad and hold the MTUK MIC and/or IFMGA Guide qualification. Other outdoor qualifications and expertise are of interest but not essential. The ability to work within our team is essential and experience of national working forums desirable. Your role will involve mentoring the wider workforce and leading key aspects of our national centre work. Organising your wider responsibilities, experience of office technologies, alongside high-quality customer focussed delivery is essential for this role.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong customer focus, be a real team player, have experience of office technologies and be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
