Booking Conditions

I am physically fit for the course I have chosen
I appreciate that the activity may be hazardous by its nature and I accept a certain element of risk
I agree to abide by such regulations as Glenmore Lodge may consider advisable
I understand that if I make an alteration to a booking once an invoice has been raised, I must give my new instructions in writing and pay an amendment fee of £35.
I understand that if I cancel or transfer my booking within 6 weeks prior to the start of my course I will be liable for the full course fee.
If signing as a parent/guardian I agree to my child taking part in the activity specified and I have declared any medical conditions that might be relevant.
