Course Overview
Meeting at 20:00 on the arrival evening allows time to process the paperwork, outline the course programme as well as prepare for the following days coaching sessions.
The following day on the water will cover all aspects of the syllabus for the BCU Advanced Water Endorsement Assessment, which is designed for coaches wishing to coach in an advanced water environment. We will make use of the fantastic surf destinations that the local area offers, these will be in the appropriate advanced water environments
At the end of the day detailed action planning will take place to help you progress as a coach and of course we hope we will have awarded you your endorsement.
Duration & Cost
1 evening + 1 day at £160.00
The majority of our courses include full board, accommodation, use of specialist equipment, course transport and instruction. Exceptions to this include international courses, one day courses (no accommodation) or specialist courses. Please check the course notes below for details.

Pre-requisites
When you meet your trainers at 20:00 hrs they will need to see the following:
- BCU Registration evidence – Your Original Stamped ‘CR’ Form.
- BCU/SCA/CANI/WCA comprehensive (full) membership.
- Advanced Water Endorsement Training completed within last 3 years.
- A minimum of 15 days coaching in an Advanced Water environment after AWE Training. This must include 6 linked progressive coaching sessions with evidence of session plans and reviews, and activity in a minimum of 3 different geographical areas.
