A short but intensive course covering basic rope work, belaying, abseiling & movement techniques.
Over the 5 days this course will cover rock climbing movement techniques, belaying, personal abseiling and there may be opportunities to experience multi pitch climbs.
The main focus of this two day course is introducing participants from indoor wall climbing to sport climbing whilst enjoying maximum climbing mileage. Most of the course will be based outside with all the climbing action taking place at local sport climbing venues.
This course is designed for those who already lead sport climbs outside but want to develop their sport climbing and push their grade!
