Rock- Indoor Lead Climber

This course is designed for the indoor wall climber who wants to lead indoors. So if your fed up with bottom roping, holding other peoples ropes and can climb indoor wall grade 5 then this one day intensive training course is for you.

Rock- Intro to Rock Climbing (2 day)

A short but intensive course covering basic rope work, belaying, abseiling & movement techniques.

Rock- Learn to Rock Climb

Over the 5 days this course will cover rock climbing movement techniques, belaying, personal abseiling and there may be opportunities to experience multi pitch climbs.

Rock- Intro to Sport Climbing

The main focus of this two day course is introducing participants from indoor wall climbing to sport climbing whilst enjoying maximum climbing mileage. Most of the course will be based outside with all the climbing action taking place at local sport climbing venues.

Rock- Sport Climbing Improver

This course is designed for those who already lead sport climbs outside but want to develop their sport climbing and push their grade!

Rock- Learn to Lead Climb

Develop a confident and competent approach to leading summer climbs through placing protection; constructing belays; stance and rope management; leading and psychological coping strategies.

Rock- Trad Climbing Improver

This course is designed for those who wish to develop their lead climbing skills or if you are just getting back into the sport after a lay off.

Rock- Classic West Coast Rock

If you have dreamt of climbing some of the classic rock climbs around Glen Coe, Ben Nevis and Garbh Bheinn, then this week will fulfi l your ambitions.

Rock- Safe Ropework & Gear Placement

A one day top tips and handy hints course covering ropework belay set ups and the use of protection, all with an emphasis on simplicity and safety.

Rock- Intro Self Rescue

For climbers who are primarily operating on multi-pitch climbs and are looking to learn some core techniques to deal with emergency situations, such as a stuck or injured climber on a multi –pitch climb, where help may be slow to arrive.

Rock- Movement on Rock

Focuses on developing your movement on rock by refining your climbing technique and movement skills, encouraging a more flowing and confident technique. Pre-requisites: Experience of climbing either indoors or outdoors.

Rock- Coaching Processes

Explore some of the key coaching processes that enable you to deliver to a variety of different students by gaining a greater understanding of individual learning styles and providing you with a range of tools and techniques you can employ.

U18- Indoor Leading

If you’re used to holding other people’s rope and can climb indoor wall grade 5, then this intensive course will help you step up to lead climbing. Designed for the indoor wall climber, competent at bottom roping, who wants to lead indoors.

U18- Intro to Rock Climbing (2 day)

Introduces you to core outdoor rock climbing skills, whilst enjoying maximum climbing mileage on our local single pitch venues. Will also include abseiling and basic rope work.

U18- Intro to Rock Climb

Over the 5 days this course will cover rock climbing movement techniques, belaying, personal abseiling and there may be opportunities to experience multi pitch climbs.

U18- Intro to Sport Climbing

Introduces those climbing indoors to 'sport' climbing. Most of the climbing action will take place at local sport climbing venues. Excellent introduction to lead climbing on bolts and a good introductory course for our Learn to Lead Climb 5 day course.

U18- Sport Climbing Improver

This course is designed for those who already lead sport climbs outside but want to develop their sport climbing and push their grade!
