Course Overview
Syllabus: Practical one-evening followed by one-day assessment, syllabus available from BCU.
The assessment will look at all aspects of the UKCC Level 2 syllabus.
The assessment will start at 1900hrs when you will meet the assessment staff.

Duration & Cost
1 Evening and 1 Day at £95.00
The cost includes full board, accommodation, use of specialist equipment, course transport and instruction. Exceptions to this include international courses and a small number of one day or specialist courses. Please check the course notes below for details.

Pre-requisites
· BCU/SCA/CANI/WCA comprehensive (full) membership.
· Evidence of registration – Your Original Stamped ‘CR’ Form.
· Evidence of UKCC Level 2 Training Course or APL.
· Foundation Safety and Rescue Certificate or Canoe Safety Test (if achieved prior to 01/01/09)
· BCU ‘New’ 2 Star Certificate or ‘Old’ 2 Star in both Canoe and Kayak for Boat Based Candidates.
· BCU 3 Star certificate for Boat Based candidates.
· Alternate BCU 3 Star Certificate or 3hr Foundation Module Certificate.
· Completed Assessment Portfolio.
· Appropriate First Aid Certificate.
