Course Overview
This 3 hour module looks at how you can incorporate some basic psychological theories in to your coaching. in developing your awareness of 'coaching the mind' it should benifit you in a coaching and performing role. this module is suitable for the UKCC Level 2 award or anyone interested in the subject.
Duration & Cost
3 hour at £30.00
The cost includes full board, accommodation, use of specialist equipment, course transport and instruction. Exceptions to this include international courses and a small number of one day or specialist courses. Please check the course notes below for details.
