BCU 4 Star Leader Assessment - Open
Course Overview
This practical discipline specific 2 day assessment will cover all aspects of the syllabus.
The assessment will include personal paddling, equipment awareness, environmental awareness and supporting knowledge. In addition to this safety and rescue will be covered along with leadership of a group of up to six competent paddlers.
You will meet your trainers at 20.00 hrs on the first evening.
Duration & Cost
Two Days at £220.00
The cost includes full board, accommodation, use of specialist equipment, course transport and instruction. Exceptions to this include international courses and a small number of one day or specialist courses. Please check the course notes below for details.

Pre-requisites
Pre-requisites: Relevant BCU New 3 Star Test or Old 4 Star Test, First Aid Certificate, logged paddling and leading experience and evidence of 4 Star Training, WWS&R or Coastal Navigation and Tidal Planning Training Courses as appropriate.
