Introduction to Mountain Biking - 2 day

Develop the basic skills that make mountain biking fun. Learn to control your bike - not the other way round. Includes climbing, descending, braking, balance, body position, riding simple obstacles and skills for a variety of trails.

Introduction to Mountain Biking - 5 day

Develop and practise skills such as climbing, descending, braking, balance, body position, riding simple obstacles as part of longer journeys, teaching as we go. This is the ideal course to help you get the most out of your bike and enjoy your riding.

Improver Mountain Biking - 2 day

Designed for regular mountain bikers to improve their skills enabling them to ride harder or faster trails. Skills such as drop offs, manual lifts, bunny hop and lateral movement, climbing and descending more technical trails as well as workshop and mechanical tips.

Mountain Bike Maintenance

This is a one day course, which equips the Mountain Biker with all the necessary skills to set up, maintain and fix their bikes in the workshop or on the trail.

Mountain Bike Self Sufficiency

Designed to give confidence to those just starting to ride journeys further from help.  Will cover basic bike handling, route planning, navigation, equipment/tools/spares selection and maintanence

U18 Introduction to Mountain Biking

5 day course developing and practising skills such as climbing, descending, braking, balance, body position, riding simple obstacles as part of longer journeys, teaching as we go. This is the ideal course to help you get the most out of your bike and enjoy your riding.
