Conference Venue
Given our role as the National Outdoor Training Centre, we offer special discounts to sports governing bodies and other outdoor agencies, but we are happy to speak to anyone that believes that Glenmore Lodge is the right venue for their event.
To discuss your individual requirements for any of the below, please email us or call Liz Belk on 01479 861 256.
All too often business and managerial meetings are held in dark, dingy and uninspiring locations. If you want to get the most out of your team they need to be relaxed, comfortable and stimulated by their surroundings. So this year, why not hold your annual meeting or conference at Glenmore Lodge?
Whether it’s purely conference facilities you need or you actually want to build in outdoor activity, we are able to work with you to put together an unforgettable event at very competitive prices.
We have accommodation for up to 74 people, extensive grounds and a wide range of facilities to ensure that your event is a success. We have a variety of seminar rooms available from private board rooms up to a lecture theatre which can accommodate upto 80 people. All rooms are AV equipped and can be arranged for your groups needs. We also have video conferencing facilities available. As with our courses, we offer a clear inclusive pricing policy, no hidden charges for bluetac or marker pens.
If your organisation operates in the outdoors and your staff need specific training, contact us and we can arrange bespoke courses to help. We currently run a number of training courses for companies whose staff operate in remote outdoor locations, or need specific rope, navigation, weather or first aid skills. We can also construct bespoke courses for any private group or club who have specific training needs. If you can’t find what you are looking for in our brochure, please contact us.
If you are a group keen to do one of our courses but we don’t have the date you are looking for, then please contact us. We are happy to arrange bespoke dates, providing the group meets the course ratio. On our climbing courses that is as low as 1:2.
