Share a lift to the Lodge......or just chat on our new forum
Monday, May 28, 2007
So many people come to the Lodge, we have decided to help the environment and your pocket by creating a forum on the website so that you can start to share the cost and cut the emmissions. Just go to the website and click into the forum.
There are two aspects for the forum. One is to travel share and the other is for you to share and compare notes with each other on aspects of the outdoors. Find people who want to go climbing or practice navigation or do a river etc. The more the forum is used the more of a resource it will be for all of us out there wanting to have adventures.
Enjoy!

Try Before You Buy!
Wouldn't it be great if you could try a pair of rock boots for a week and if you don't like them, give them back?!
Here at Scarpa we know how hard it is to get the right rock boots. That's why we're taking our range of test shoes on the road and giving you the opportunity to test them before you buy them. The test pool contains a selection of our highly anticipated Steep & Precision Range of shoes. This includes the radical Stix, awesome Booster & Rockette and the powerful Mago, plus more.
Our first port of call will be at V12 Outdoors (www.V12outdoor.com) in LLanberis. The shoes will be unleashed on 26th May and will be re-caged on 3rd June. All you need to lend our beasts is turn up to V12 with a deposit and they'll be all yours for a week...scare them on the slate, drown them at Gogarth or simply show them your local project and they'll blow your mind. When the Beast Master collects his pets, he'll give you your money back.
More dates and venues to be released soon...

SS07 hits the shops!

Scarpa’s the SS07 hits the shops!
With no less than 20 new models in the 07 collection, our factory has been flat
out producing all these new styles and in sufficient quantities to meet global and of
course UK demand!.
We are delighted to report that as of first week May we will have
delivered all 20 styles into the market to meet opening orders. With production, still
so hands on and each pair being individually crafted, we often feel like “Watch makers” as opposed to shoe makers!. Thanks to our retailers and consumers for their patience,
we believe all of the new products are well worth the anticipation.
If you need assistance in tracking down any of the new models in your region -
Please do not hesitate to contact us on 0191 2960212
