Course Accommodation
If you are coming to Glenmore Lodge because you have booked on one of our scheduled courses then:
- Board and accommodation are included in the course fees, unless otherwise stated.
- Accommodation is usually on a shared, twin-bedded room basis with shared facilities. During busy seasons we may need to accommodate you in our 6 or 12 berth chalets, sharing with up to 4 others in a room with a bunk bed arrangement.
- If you require a room to yourself, please note this is subject to availability and needs to be booked at the same time as your course. A £10 pp/pn supplement is payable.
- You have access to the upstairs lounge and bar
- You have access to drying and laundry facilities
- You get free use of the gym, indoor climbing wall and pool (when they are not being used for courses).
- You will be offered a cooked breakfast, packed lunch, afternoon tea and cake and a cooked evening meal. There is a vegetarian option at all meals; please let us know your dietary requirements on your booking form in the space provided.
- Non residential fees are available if you have arranged to stay elsewhere locally, but you must have reasonable facilities, especially for drying, so camping is not advised. Alternatively, groups may wish to self-cater in one of our chalets.
Self Catering
Our 6 and 12 berth self catering chalets are in the grounds of the Lodge and are completely self contained. Each is fully equipped with a drying room, fitted kitchen and a comfortable lounge with TV and video.
A 6 berth chalet costs £90 per night (based on a minimum of 2 nights). 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.
A 12 berth chalet costs £180 per night (based on a minimum of 2 nights). 2 bedrooms with 1 set of bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Chalet maximum capacity can only be exceeded with prior approval and in special circumstances, such as when very small children are in the group.
The fees for accommodation include the use of Lodge facilities. A 25% deposit will be required to confirm a booking.
Bed & Breakfast
We are able to offer accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis whenever we have space. Accommodation is in comfortable twin bedded rooms with shared facilities. Use of the gym, wall and pool is also included in the price of £22 per person per night. Call us for availability.
